Chairperson & Founder

As Chairperson of AFOTA Foundation Tanzania, Katada Hashim provides strategic leadership and oversight for all organizational activities. With extensive experience in community development and NGO management in Tanzania, he ensures AFOTA's vision of sustainable development is realized through effective governance, community engagement, and impactful project implementation across Arusha and neighboring regions.

Siraji Abdurahman manages organizational communications, documentation, and administrative operations at AFOTA Foundation. The highest decision-making body comprising all registered AFOTA members. Meets annually to review progress, approve plans, and elect leadership.

All financial records, project reports, and organizational decisions are openly documented and accessible to members, donors, and stakeholders. We publish annual reports and conduct regular audits in compliance with Tanzanian NGO regulations.

Leadership is accountable to members through regular elections, performance reviews, and strict adherence to our constitution. We maintain zero tolerance for corruption and ensure all resources directly benefit Tanzanian communities.
